Daniel Baker

Daniel Baker, a British national, is a goal driven entrepreneur and property manager expert with demonstrated successes in building companies.

In fact, Daniel has a long history in construction, renovation, and project management in both the UK and US.

In the UK, Daniel worked as a project manager/design and build coordinator before opening his own consultancy in building surveying, building design, and project management. His business, which he successfully owned for 11 years, became a specialist in oak-framed construction with established agency agreements with the English Heritage Building (Sussex) and OakWrights (Hereford).

In 2015, Daniel moved to the US where he became the director and owner of Regent Vacation Villas and Property Management in Florida. In addition to building the vacation rental side of the business, he leveraged his extensive knowledge of the construction and renovation market to develop a client base of homeowners to whom he provided compliance, repairs, maintenance, and upgrade services on a daily basis.

Filled with his knowledge and experience, Daniel now sees the need to establish a national franchise that will provide certifications of vacation rental properties, including inspections, upgrades, compliance conformity, repairs and maintenance, services to property owners.
